You can tell he actually cares about the work-not just a quick in-and-out. Hello fellow pool owners. I would like to introduce Fadi and his team with Katy Fulshear Pool. I moved to Cypress in 2022 and had several pool maintenance companies. Fail fail fail! I took a chance on one more company. Fadi! The customer service is amazing and my pool has never looked better. I never looked back on my decision to switch. The team is very welcoming and fun to chat with. He’s also helped me quickly when my old timer decided to quit, gave me great pricing and installed it. He also helped me during the freeze with a video of him taking off the clicker that turns the pool on and off. He wanted me to run it 24/7 and then showed me how to put it back on. He saved my pool and pipes. This team cares! Oh and in inclement weather, if they could drive they were always here! In my opinion, you’d be foolish not to give them a try. Just my 2 cents. And I’m sure you want to know about cost. That will depend on the size of pool you have. Mine is a larger one and I am very happy with the monthly cost. 3 things you want in a pool maintenance company: dependability, workmanship and great customer service. Show less
